In partnership with a small group of investors, Norfolk acquired 18 Banksia Drive in March 2021.

Stage one of a multi stage project across three sites in close proximity, 18 Banksia Drive is anchored by Jardan, Fliteboard and Comma.

Norfolk is responsible for all aspects of the project.
